Payment & Cash on Delivery

unnecessary shipment delays, all orders are
processed only after payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Delivery Guidelines & Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery,
customers are requested to provide accurate
shipping information and remain available
during the expected delivery period.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact number.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays, additional courier charges or return of the shipment.
- If any changes to the delivery address are required after dispatch, additional courier charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
We carefully inspect every order before
dispatch. However, if your parcel arrives
damaged or you receive an incorrect or
incomplete order, please notify us
immediately so we can assist you.
- Customers are requested to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
- The unboxing video may be required to process claims related to shipping damage, missing items or incorrect products.
- Any shipping-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or further review.
